Turbo Christmas Training Camp

To take advantage of the Christmas holidays, BIWPA has developed an intensive water polo camp. The Turbo Christmas Training Camp deals with the fundamental aspects of water polo in the technical areas such as tactics, physical preparation and emotional skills training.

The Turbo Christmas Training Camp will take place from December 26th to December 31st, in one of the most prestigious and optimal sports facilities, the High Performance Center in Sant Cugat (Barcelona). Registration is open for boys and girls born between 1998 & 2002.

Everyday participants will have two training sessions directed by a BIWPA coach in English. Each session will consist of working on the main technical water polo skills, concentrating on individual development of each player and with clear objectives. The camp will focus on personal improvement in technical aspects in order to gradually implement tactical tasks both on an individual and team basis, through games and training matches.

All participants will be divided in groups according to their age and water polo level in order to assure their improvement. There will also be specific training sessions for goalkeepers given by a specialized coach.

All participants can register for a Full Board or a Day Campus program. Participation will include access to all the CAR facilities, two training sessions per day and theory classes including video session. Also, there will be a Master Class by an international water polo player, a sports report and other leisure activities.

The camp has a cost of 820 € per participant in Full Board and 455 € in Day Camp (VAT included). For more information & registration please visit www.biwpa.com.
